You’ve spent years building things at your day job, always rolling with the punches of shifting priorities and new offerings.

You’re able to create and support incredible content, designs, campaigns, and events, but there’s one problem: they don’t have your name on it. Other times, the thing you’re working on might be deprecated or take on a new life, and there’s nothing to show for all your hard work.

I’ve been in this boat too. Sometimes, deliverables I spent weeks or months on would vanish into thin air, and I had nothing to show for the work I had put in. While working full-time in tech, I decided that I wanted to build something for myself. In addition to my full-time job, I started with writing and 1:1 coaching since I had done both in college. I relished seeing “By: Aleenah Ansari” at the top of stories I’d pitch and write, and people could find me from this content in the years to come. I hosted webinars where I was the subject matter expert, not the company I worked for. The work was truly joyous and enabled me to build something under my name and my expertise.

Over the years, I’ve gotten many questions from people who have ideas but need support in bringing them to life. That’s why I want to help you hone your creative voice and build things for yourself outside of the companies or clients you work for. It could be a community, photography business, newsletter, or just your corner of the internet where you can share your unfiltered thoughts.

In 1:1 coaching, we’ll explore what you want to share, nurture your creative voice and unique perspective, and identify the medium that best aligns with your goals. With coaching, you’re also getting accountability - that way, your ideas won’t stay in your notebook or laptop for too long!

Packages

• The garden: Best for those who want long-term support in creating something new and building their personal brand (6, 45-minute weekly sessions): We’ll use these sessions to nurture your ideas through collaborative discussion. We’ll discover the audience, purpose, and context of what you want to create and how you can get it out there! You’ll get edits and comments on what you’re working on and can reach out to me for questions between sessions (Investment: $1300)

• The plot: Best for those who have started developing something and need some guidance to keep it going (3, 45-minute biweekly sessions): We’ll use these sessions to tackle a project or idea you have in mind and create a plan for getting it live. You’ll get constructive feedback on your ideas and accountability reminders between sessions. (Investment: $750)

• The seed: Best for those who want real-time feedback or a second opinion (1, 45-minute session): Have something in mind already? We’ll use this session for live feedback and discussion on ways to strengthen your voice, create an amplification plan, repurpose content across platforms, or whatever else is on your mind! (Investment: $300)

Every session comes with detailed notes about what we covered, feedback on the drafts you bring to each session, and clear action items. Once booked, your session(s) must be used within 3 months.
