Amplifying the stories of female founders through Gender Vender
You can’t be what you can’t see, which is why I advocate for representation in media. I wrote 4 founder features on female founders in Seattle and published them on Medium. In the process, I hoped to inspire the next generation creatives, designers, and entrepreneurs.
Inclusive by design: Creating products for Microsoft customers with different learning styles
Everyone has different learning preferences: some people may want to listen to lecture, but others will want to jump in and learn by doing. As a UX writing intern, I was asked to bridge this gap by creating a guide for researchers and designers who were designing Microsoft products for customers with a range of learning styles.
ChangeIt: Reimagining the Alaska Airlines flight change experience
I led the user research and content strategy for a re-imagined flight change experience for Alaska Airlines, a major American airline based out of SeaTac, Washington. This project was part of my capstone project for the UW Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering.
